Nartatez appeals to Bato to honor ‘sense of duty’ as ex-PNP chief

MANILA, Philippines — Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. on Sunday urged Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa to cooperate with authorities and honor his duty as a ex-PNP chief amid ongoing efforts to track him. The PNP said it is still coordinating with other law enforcement agencies to locate dela Rosa as he remains out of the public eye amid legal developments related to his International Criminal Court (ICC) arrest warrant.
